Our Suppliers

Fine Fruits are proud of the close ties with many of their suppliers. A large number of whom are local to the Wirral and surrounding area:

Claremont FarmClaremont Farm - Bebington

Claremont Farm where we care about the land we tend and the crops that are grown. We always strive to produce top quality products whilst working sensitively with the environment.

Claremont Farm has been ahead of the game for generations - grandfather Pimbley was the first to diversify, introducing the farm shop over 30 years ago and on his return from America introduced an unheard of enterprise called pick your own.

Ian Pimbley carried on the tradition by developing the range of vegetables grown and in 1994 harvested their first crop of asparagus. Andrew and his brother Guy then followed in their footsteps and further increased its produce range and operations.

Wirral WatercressWirral Watercress - Childer Thornton

Wirral Watercress established in 2005, is based in Childer Thornton on the Wirral Peninsula. As the name suggests, the main product of the business is watercress which is supplied from March until the end of December.

More recently Wirral Watercress has been providing local chefs with micro salads as well as the watercress. Both the peashoots and the watercress were commended in the North West Fine Foods Awards 2008 and Wirral Watercress was awarded Merseyside Producer of the Year 2008.
